Mr. Premisler focuses his practice on insurance coverage and commercial litigation. He has represented major insurance carriers and other companies in all aspects of civil litigation and has extensive litigation and trial experience. He also works closely with insurance companies in monitoring major stop-loss, disability benefits, medical coverage and other commercial disputes. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
