Andrew M. Herold represents businesses and individuals in a variety of corporate and real estate matters that include the negotiation and preparation of contracts in the purchase and sale of businesses, real estate, and leases. He counsels clients in the establishment of various business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, joint ventures and general and limited partnerships. He also assists clients with business and estate planning and routine tax planning. Before joining Miles & Stockbridge, Mr. Herold worked as a corporate lawyer in the Washington D.C. offices of Duane Morris and Shaw Pittman. Mr. Herold is a 2002 graduate of The George Washington University and a magna cum laude graduate of Pacific Union College.
