Andrew L. Noble is an associate of Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP and is a member of the firm's Business Litigation and Tort Litigation Groups.Mr. Noble has represented plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings, on a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters. He has handled cases involving breach of contract, insurance coverage disputes, copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, oil and gas leases, commercial landlord-tenant disputes and election disputes. The clients that Mr. Noble has represented range from Fortune 500 companies to sole proprietorships, and include a global leader in the development of database compliance management and reporting systems, a large independent oil and gas producer with global operations, and a surface and materials science company with international operations.Mr. Noble, a native of Pittsburgh, received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh. In 2003, he received his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was elected to membership in the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Mr. Noble served as Topics Editor and on the Editorial Board for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review while in law school, he published an article entitled Intestate Succession for Stepchildren in Pennsylvania: A Proposal for Reform.Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Noble worked as a legal assistant in the insurance coverage litigation group of a Pittsburgh based law firm. He also served as an intern for the Honorable Joseph A. Del Sole of the Pennsylvania Superior Court.Mr. Noble is admitted to practice in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations. |
