Andy Tussing is Vice President and Manager of Syndicate Activities for 1st BridgeHouse, where he is responsible for putting together syndicates to distribute private placements. Tussing has a wealth of broker-dealer contacts and excels in matching the needs and expertise of the syndicate members with the structure and goals of the issuer.



Prior to 1st BridgeHouse, Tussing was Managing Director of Milestone International Asset Management, Inc., responsible for Adviser Services. In that capacity, he raised capital for firm operations and established key relationships for Milestone both on the customer and strategic partnership sides. Before joining Milestone, Tussing was Director and Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager for Pershing, LLC, where he managed strategic client relationships and new business development. Additionally, he was Director and Manager of Marketing, Sales and Strategic Development for the Correspondent Services Division of Deutsche Bank Alex Brown, Inc. With DBAB, he redefined the strategic direction of the business unit, developed marketing and sales strategies to focus on identified target markets, and developed an acquisition strategy for growth. He also founded his own securities strategic planning and clearing consulting business, co-founded a company that managed outsourced services for brokerage firms, and served as founder and Vice President - Sales and Marketing of Correspondent Services for Alex Brown. There he was responsible for building the annual revenues to $70 million.



As he was earning his bachelors degree in Business at the University of Baltimore, Tussing spent two years as a marketing representative for T. Rowe Price Investment Services, educating customers on the firm's various mutual fund products and limited partnerships. Andy is located in Baltimore, Maryland.
