Andrew L. Isaacson is the senior member of Linowes and Blocher LLP's Real Estate Practice Group, concentrating primarily in the areas of real estate transactions and related land use matters. In more than thirty years of practice, he has represented clients in a wide range of real estate matters, including commercial, office and industrial leasing; real estate finance for lenders and borrowers; industrial, residential, shopping center, and mixed-use developments; condominium projects; public-private partnerships; title matters; construction and architect's agreements; workouts; and real estate litigation. He has served as special counsel to a variety of entities, including public redevelopment agencies; local and national residential and commercial builders and developers; local and national real estate lenders and equity investors; and major retailers. Mr. Isaacson has lectured and published extensively in the field of real estate contract and finance law. Mr. Isaacson, a native of Washington, D.C., graduated from Georgetown University and received his Juris Doctor from the American University's Washington College of Law.
