Experience:
Mr. DaSilva represents major commercial banks, other institutional lenders and loan servicers in all aspects of complex real estate financings. He has expertise in a wide range of financings, such as construction, permanent, mezzanine, conduit and revolving loans and bond financings, and in all phases of financings, including loan originations, restructurings and workouts, and defeasances.
Mr. DaSilva is also experienced in drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial leases and subleases for both landlords and tenants.
