Second chair trial attorney for Nevada based Park Cattle Co. in eight week jury trial against the Tropicana gaming and operations entities regarding the enforcement of the ground lease for the Horizon Resort Casino in South Lake Tahoe. Case was litigated for three years and settled two days before it was to be submitted to the jury. Settlement included return of the leased property and payment of $165 million to Park Cattle.

Represented special servicer appointed under real estate loan transaction in judicial foreclosure action.
Negotiated and documented asset purchase agreement on behalf of secured lender realizing over $500,000 in sale proceeds.

Obtained summary judgment on behalf of secured lender on breach of loan guaranty involving over $1,000,000.
