ANDREW K. BEVERINA practices in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. He advises foreign and domestic clients on all aspects of intellectual property protection, including infringement and validity opinions. He has extensive experience in patent litigation - for both plaintiffs and defendants - in the district courts and at the Federal Circuit, involving a variety of technologies including pharmaceuticals, automotive glass, cosmetics, automotive electronics, photocopier equipment and textile dyeing.
Mr. Beverina received his Juris Doctor from the George Mason University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Mr. Beverina is admitted to the District of Columbia Bar and is licensed to practice before the Federal Circuit Bar and the United States Supreme Court Bar. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Litigation Section. |
