Mr. Kolozsvary is an associate in Dykema's Business and Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Mr. Kolozsvary's practice focuses on commercial litigation and business disputes, with an emphasis on complex contract and lease disputes, business tort litigation, shareholder disputes, derivative actions, and fiduciary duty issues. Mr. Kolozsvary has represented clients in commercial and business disputes in the trial and appellate levels of both state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution settings. Mr. Kolozsvary also has experience with franchise, commercial lending, and antitrust matters.
