Mr. Tavi is responsible for all legal affairs of the Company and its subsidiaries, including regulatory filings, mergers and acquisitions, commercial matters, intellectual property and litigation. Prior to joining Noble in December of 2005, Mr. Tavi was Senior Counsel at Foley & Lardner LLP, where he served as Noble’s outside legal counsel in several transactions before joining the Noble team. He holds a BA from the University of Michigan and received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
