Mr. Sordoni, III is the Chairman of Sordoni Construction Services, Inc. a regional building construction and management services company based in Pennsylvania, where he has been active since 1967. He is Director of Aqua America, Inc. Mr. Sordoni has been a Harsco Director since 1988.
