Mr. Filipowski has served as a director since March 2008. Mr. Filipowski has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SilkRoad Equity, LLC, a private investment firm. Mr. Filipowski served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of divine, inc., previously known as divine interventures, inc., an Internet services and enterprise software company, from 1999 until May 2003. In February 2003, divine, inc. filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Prior to 1999, Mr. Filipowski was the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PLATINUM technology, inc., a worldwide provider of enterprise systems software and services, which was sold to Computer Associates International, Inc. in 1999. |
