Mr. Watson's practice focuses in the areas of contracts, business transactions and financing primarily for government contractors. Mr. Watson has experience in a variety of issues including contract counseling and negotiation, export license controls, contract disputes and bid protests, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance counseling, capital market financing and fundraising, and real estate project finance. He also has previous experience in commercial and employment litigation.
