Andrew I. Shaw is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Boston office. He is a member of the Corporate Department where he concentrates his practice in the representation of corporate and venture capital clients. He has experience on all phases of private equity financing, including negotiating transaction terms, drafting requisite documentation and managing transactional closings. He has also advised early stage companies in connection with corporate structure and, assisted start-ups and established clients with limited offerings and preparation of Blue Sky documentation for filings under Regulation D.
Andrew is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
