Mr. Tam's practice focuses on real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial properties. Professional Activities Mr. Tam is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco and the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of California. Education - Mr. Tam graduated with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley with an undergraduate degree in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. He studied at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in the fall of 2000. Mr. Tam earned his law degree from the University of Southern California where he served as an Articles Editor of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal, was awarded the Jeffrey S. Turner Outstanding Commercial Law Student Award from the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Alan M. Ahart, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. |
