Andrew G. Vassalle’s practice areas focus primarily on insurance, litigation, environmental law, and appellate practice. He has been involved in the defense of first and third-party matters for insurers for 20 years. The first-party practice relates to coverage issues, property claims asserted by insureds, and uninsured and underinsured claims. The third-party practice relates to the defense of automobile, premises liability, and complex litigation causes. Mr. Vassalle’s litigation activities involve not only first and third-party claims, but also the defense of environmental matters, including claims related to personal injury, property damage, and municipal remediation costs, arising from the discharge of petroleum products. He is also active in appellate practice and over 60 decisions relating to cases that he has been involved in have been published. |
