Andrew G. Kimball is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C., where he has practiced since 1986. He is Co-Chair of the Food and Beverage Industry Practice Group and also concentrates on the defense of medical malpractice claims. Mr. Kimball has tried numerous matters to jury verdict, including medical malpractice claims, wrongful death, product liability, FELA, automobile, premises liability, and general negligence claims. He has litigated matters involving railroad rights-of-way and Rails With Trails and appeared before the Board of Property. Mr. Kimball has defended restaurants, restaurant chains, and food suppliers in a variety of cases, including food-borne illness allegations. He has defended and counseled companies in cases involving outbreaks of illness related to food-borne contaminants including Hepatitis A and Salmonella. Mr. Kimball has been an active speaker at food industry conferences and a participant in mock trials for client purposes. He graduated from Bucknell University in 1983 with a B.S. in Business Administration/Management. He received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1986. Mr. Kimball is the Chairman of the firm’s Personnel Committee and supervises the Summer Law Clerk program. He is a past Chairman of the Board of Governors of Treesdale Golf & Country Club. |
