E. Andrew Cole focuses his practice on civil litigation, including construction litigation, as a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Cole maintains an active trial practice and appears regularly in the District and Circuit courts in Maryland and in D.C. Superior Court.
In 2008, Mr. Cole was selected as a Barrister in the American Inns of Court, Montgomery County, Maryland, a national organization dedicated to promoting ethics and professionalism in the American legal profession. Mr. Cole is a member of the Commercial Litigation Section of the Bar Association of Montgomery County and provides pro bono services to the Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless.
After completing a clerkship for a judge of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Mr. Cole commenced a complex commercial litigation practice in 2003, before joining Stein Sperling in 2005. He received a B.A. degree from Furman University and a J.D. degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. .
In his spare time, Mr. Cole is an avid golfer.
