Andy Burrows is a managing director with the San Francisco office of Major, Lindsey & Africa. He joined the firm in April 2000.

Andy's in-house counsel placements have also covered a wide range in terms of both seniority level (from corporate counsel to GC) and area of practice (including corporate/transactional lawyers, intellectual property specialists, litigators, and generalists). Before joining MLA, Andy practiced law in the Bay Area for five years, beginning his legal career as an associate with San Francisco's Littler Mendelson, the nation's largest firm focused exclusively in the area of employment and labor law. He later joined the Palo Alto office of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher as an associate, where he continued to specialize in employment litigation and counseling. Andy received his bachelor's degree from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations in 1991, and his J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 1994. |
