Andrew D. Wallace is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and attended the University of California at Berkeley. His career includes positions with Crocker National Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Community First Bank, Visa International and First Data Corporation. In 1987, Wallace joined Western States Bankcard Association as Vice President and Director of Member Relations and Marketing. He was Vice President International for First Data and was responsible for the Canadian, Caribbean and Central American agent bank relationships. Wallace joined TIB Bank in 1992 as Vice President, Bankcard Services, and was later promoted to Senior Vice President. He assumed his current position in 2003. He currently serves on the Compliance, Technology and Executive Committees. Mr. Wallace was the Bank’s Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Officer until 2005 at which time this title was transferred to the Compliance Officer reporting to Mr. Wallace. |
