Mr. LeMar's practice focuses on consumer financial services, litigation, and particularly on the defense of class actions. Mr. LeMar also has experience with mass accident class actions, securities fraud class actions, trademark, employment law, torts, unfair competition, consumer sales practices, and deceptive trade practices.
In law school Mr. LeMar was Editor-in-Chief of the Indiana Law Journal and he won the CALI Award in Law & Sports, Employee Benefits, and Law & Society of Japan.
