As Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Andy Cameron manages, among other issues, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley and corporate governance compliance.
Cameron joined PMI in 1998 and in 2003 was promoted to Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. In 2006 he became Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel.
Prior to joining PMI, Cameron was Senior Counsel in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and, prior to that, an associate at Morrison and Foerster, both in San Francisco.
Cameron is a member of the Mt. Diablo Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors.
Cameron has a BA from Oberlin College and a JD from the Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar. He is a member of the State Bar of California. |
