Mr. Wotton has been a director of visionGATEWAY since March of 2002 and is presently Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Wotton established Aspen Capital Partners Limited ("Aspen") in August 2001 as a vehicle to diversify his extensive New Zealand held investments, specifically in the horticultural industry. Mr. Wotton is a director and sole shareholder of Aspen. Since 1990, Mr. Wotton has been an officer and a director of Aspen Horticulture Limited, a New Zealand corporation, involved in the ownership of kiwifruit orchard properties and contract management services. |
