Mr. Fremder, 43, is a member of and a consultant to Farallon Capital Management, L.L.C. and Farallon Partners, L.L.C. He served as a managing member and Chief Financial Officer of Farallon until February 1, 2003. Also, since April 1, 2003, he has been a co-founder, President and member of the board of directors of East Bay College Fund, a private non-profit corporation. Mr. Fremder has been a member of our Board since our inception in 2000. |
