With more than thirty years of industry experience, Mr. Signore has held senior engineering positions at several major pharmaceutical companies. Throughout his career, he has conceived, designed, managed, and constructed a variety of manufacturing and support facilities. Prior to starting IPS, he held senior engineering positions at GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer, and Merck. Mr. Signore earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan College and a Masters of Business Administration from Pace University. He is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, New Jersey, Delaware, and North Carolina. He holds distinction from many industry associations and affiliations. He was inaugural president of Design Build Institute of America’s Delaware Valley Chapter and is a charter holder of a DBIA designation, and is past president of the New Jersey Chapter of Project Management Institute (PMI). In addition, he is past chairman of ISPE, past president of the ISPE Delaware Valley Chapter, and received ISPE’s Distinguished Achievement Award for his many professional contributions to the Society. As an industry leader, Mr. Signore frequently lectures, publishes, and consults in areas of strategic planning, project management, and GMP compliance. |
