Andrea Robertson is a CPA and business executive with over twenty years of experience in finance. Ms. Robertson presently serves as Senior Vice President, Treasurer of MasterCard International. Ms. Robertson started her career as an auditor for Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and later joined IBM for twelve years where she held finance positions of increasing responsibility in Treasury and in financial planning. Ms. Robertson subsequently served as Assistant Treasurer, Global Corporate Finance and Vice President & Treasurer of R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company until accepting her present position with MasterCard International. Ms. Robertson holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business where she was a Henry Ford II Scholar and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Merrimack College where she was class valedictorian. She has served as a director of the Company since 2004. |
