Ms. Cohen joined NanoGram in February 2006 and is responsible for its worldwide legal operations. Ms. Cohen comes to NanoGram with more than 15 years of diverse international experience representing industrial, commercial and consulting entities. Prior to joining NanoGram, Ms. Cohen held various senior management and legal roles for companies such as Valero Energy Corporation, a U.S. leader in refining operations, Sum Total Systems, an eLearning enterprise software company and TransCore (formerly a division of Science Applications International Corporation) a technology solutions provider for ground transportation systems. Ms. Cohen holds a J.D. from the University of San Diego and a B.S. in Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Ms. Cohen currently serves as the Licensing Executive Society (LES) USA/Canada's co-chair of the Chemical, Energy & Materials Committee. |
