Andrea Carruthers joined the real estate group of Faegre & Benson’s Minneapolis office in 1998 after practicing several years at a small litigation firm in Minneapolis. She has been involved in all aspects of real estate practice, including sale and acquisition, investment, development, finance, and industrial, warehouse, office and retail leasing.

Representation of Room & Board, Inc. in the acquisition, financing and redevelopment as a retail furniture store of a portion of a building in Chicago’s North Bridge district, and of Costco Wholesale in the acquisition and development of a retail discount store in Eden Prairie, Minnesota
Landlord representation in the development and leasing of the 50 South Sixth and Wells Fargo Center properties in downtown Minneapolis
Representation of 3M Company, General Mills, Inc., Piper Jaffray & Co. and Guidant Corporation in national leasing, ranging from office facilities to build-to-suit leases for major warehouse and distribution centers
