Andrea R. Gendel joined Pryor Cashman's Real Estate Group as Of Counsel in 2007. Ms. Gendel’s practice includes a broad base of commercial real estate and related business transactions, including commercial office, retail, and industrial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, financing (including permanent and construction loans, as well as mezzanine financing) and all aspects of development work in connection with office buildings, shopping centers, mixed-use properties and hotels.
Ms. Gendel also has experience handling 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, operating and management agreements, joint venture agreements, and broker agreements. In addition, she has experience training corporate client staff concerning the legal issues involved in site development and leasing transactions.
