Andrea has over sixteen years of diversified public accounting experience in a variety of industries including governmental, nonprofit, colleges and universities and commercial entities. Her areas of expertise include audits of governments and nonprofits including audits of federal programs under OMB Circular A-133.
Prior to joining Parente Randolph, Andrea gained significant audit and consulting experience through her work with an international firm. She also held the position of acting business manager of a city, where she implemented control procedures for the city's business office.

Andrea serves the community as a Board Member of Leadership Wilkes-Barre, Treasurer of Candy's Place (a nonprofit organization), and Treasurer of Circle 200, a forum for senior executive women in Pennsylvania.
Education
Andrea earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and has supplemented her education with a variety of continuing education courses. She has done speaking engagements for nonprofit, governmental clients and the Pennsylvania Association of County Controllers on various topics.
