Experience:
Andrea Schwartzman is a corporate partner in the firm’s New York office, with a focus on private investment funds and private equity transactions. She serves as a leader of the Private Investment Fund practice group. She represents fund sponsors in connection with the formation of US and global private investment funds, including buyout funds, infrastructure funds, and real estate debt and equity funds. She also represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in connection with public and private mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buyouts and private equity and venture capital investments, as well as general corporate transactional and governance matters.
