Andrea is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and a Managing Director of Empire Valuation Consultants, LLC. She earned her M.B.A. degree in Finance from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She also holds an M.A. degree in French Literature from the University of Florida at Gainesville and a B.A. degree in French from Mercer University. As a Managing Director at Empire, Andrea heads a valuation team and regularly provides training and review. Her own analyses of business interests has spanned a wide array of industries, from insurance to telecommunications to trucking. Two areas in which Andrea has developed special expertise are real estate investment holding companies and limited partnerships. Andrea’s business background includes the position of business manager for a graphics design firm, where she was responsible for its accounting functions and for preparing business proposals. She also worked for the Federal Government in an administrative capacity. Andrea has been employed at Empire since 1989. Andrea is active in the Western New York Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers and a former President. |
