Andre Dobrowsky is a Senior Vice President in DTZ Rockwood’s Financial Services Group. Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood, Mr. Dobrowsky served as a Vice President for Peoples Bank, in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Division, where he led a new department in originating project finance/portfolio loans, completing $250 million in loans in 2004. Mr. Dobrowsky’s experience also includes serving as Executive Director for CIBC World Markets, Vice President with KeyBank Commercial Mortgage, and Director with GE Capital Real Estate. Mr. Dobrowsky has been involved in transactions in excess of $9.0 billion of commercial real estate, including arranging $2 billion in financings in the past two years. Mr. Dobrowsky received his B.A. from Gettysburg College. |
