Mr. Bouchard, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, joined the company in January of 2008. He is responsible for overall oversight of the legal affairs of the Company, as well as the risk management program. As Team's chief legal officer, Mr. Bouchard is also involved in a wide range of projects and issues across the Company. In addition to his role as General Counsel, he is also the Company's Corporate Secretary and supports the Board of Directors on related issues.
