Andre B. Sassine is Senior Vice President of Hill International. Mr. Sassine is currently in charge of Qatar operations and is also responsible for developing new business throughout North Africa. Mr. Sassine has over 20 years of experience in the consulting and construction industries. He was previously Vice President acting as Hill's Regional Manager of it's Qatar operations.
Mr. Sassine's specializations include project management, claims prevention & management and contracts administration. He has successfully prepared & negotiated settlements of claims with lead consultants and employers and has experience in preparation and evaluation of tender documents for large major projects.
Mr. Sassine earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut and is a member of The Institute of Engineers, Lebenon.
