Andre A. Khansari joined the firm on 2006 and is an associate in the firm’s real estate department.
Mr. Khansari is part of the firm’s real estate transactional group, where his responsibilities involve all aspects of real estate transactions, including finance and loan workouts, loan securitization, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, leasing and due diligence matters.
Prior to joining Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, Mr. Khansari was an associate for Cox Castle & Nicholson LLP, where he represented commercial and residential real estate developers and real estate investment firms. Additionally, he also practiced law at Pillsbury Winthrop LLP, as an associate in their Insolvency and Creditor’s Rights practice group, where he was involved with several financial restructurings and successful Chapter 11 reorganizations.
In 2002, Mr. Khansari earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California Law Center during which time he served as a Judicial Extern for the Hon. Vincent P. Zurzolo, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California. Mr. Khansari earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1999, cum laude, double majoring in Business Administration (Finance) and Political Science from San Diego State University.
He was admitted to practice law by the State Bar of California in 2002. In addition, he was admitted to practice in all Federal districts of California and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in 2003.
