Anden R. Utzinger, CPA is a Principal in the Assurance and Advisory Services Department of Carlin, Charron & Rosen, LLP. He earned a Bachelor Degree in accounting and business administration from Gordon College. Mr. Utzinger has more than eleven years of experience serving clients throughout New England. Mr. Utzinger concentrates his practice in the areas of public company audits and is a member of CCR's Quality Control Advisory Group. He has worked with clients going through SEC registrations, initial public offerings and reverse acquisition mergers. Mr. Utzinger specializes in technical accounting areas including equity transactions, debt and hybrid financing (including derivatives) and SEC compliance. Mr. Utzinger has served clients in the service, telecommunications, manufacturing and wholesale industries. Mr. Utzinger also practices in the audits of closely-held businesses and is a member of CCR's Employee Benefit Plan Audit Industry Team. He is also experienced in the audits of non-profit organizations. In addition to his audit experience, Mr. Utzinger brings additional experience in the taxation of corporations, fiduciaries, non-profit organizations and individuals as well as in business valuations. Mr. Utzinger is a certified public accountant licensed in both Connecticut and Massachusetts. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. |
