Anat is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, and has been engaged in the practice of law in New York City since 1995. Ms. Peirez has worked on various public offerings, private placements and mergers and acquisitions, as well as a broad array of general corporate and securities law matters, including SEC filings and compliance, stockholder agreements, employment agreements, and counseling clients on the various matters that arise in the day-to-day operations of their businesses. In addition, Ms. Peirez has broad experience in Blue Sky law compliance as well as business immigration law. Ms. Peirez received her Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University in 1991. Anat manages and directs all aspects of the Company’s legal affairs and ensures maximum protection of its legal rights and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. She provides legal expertise and guidance to the Company’s personnel and its departments and is responsible for coordination and preparation of the Company’s regulatory filings and the compilation of documentation and information for the Company’s audits. In addition, she drafts and participates in the negotiations related to all agreements into which the firm enters with both financing sources and policy sellers. |
