Anastasia Davis is an associate at Buckley Kolar LLP. Ms. Davis practices in the area of corporate/securities transactions and regulation, with a particular focus on structuring private equity, venture capital, global infrastructure and other public and private financings. Ms. Davis represents financial institutions, such as investment advisers, broker-dealers, hedge funds and other business entities on corporate governance and securities regulatory and compliance issues. Her practice also involves advising clients in investigative and enforcement proceedings before the SEC and NASD, as well as in private litigation concerning various securities law violations. Bar and Court Admissions Ms. Davis is a member of the State Bar of Florida and the District of Columbia Bar. Professional Activities Ms. Davis is a member of the American Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. She is also a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Virginia. Professional Experience Prior to joining Buckley Kolar, Ms. Davis worked in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement in Miami, Florida and at Merrill Lynch’s Global Private Client Group in London.
