Ms. English was named President and Chief Operating Officer after serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from March 2000. She has over 20 years of Finance and Operations experience and brings extensive healthcare experience from her 10 + years at Lincoln National and Foundation Health Systems (FHS). Ms. English held various positions at FHS, including Vice President of Analysis and Planning, Senior Vice President of Administration, and her most recent position as divisional Senior Vice President of Operations for the multi-billion dollar healthcare organization. Her strong leadership, management style, and flexibility contributed heavily to FHS' restructuring. Ms. English was also responsible for the operational implementation of EDI. In setting ENS strategic direction, she has extensive industry contacts and a clear understanding and focus on the new direction of e-Health's positive impact on healthcare operations. Ms. English holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance, and BA degrees in the fields of Economics and Political Science. |
