Amy Winslow-Weiss joined LMA in 1987, after graduating from Pennsylvania State University. Because of her information tech expertise, LMA can conduct employee, customer and organization surveys online as well as through conventional paper-based assessments. Amy uses her statistical training to analyze information, combining assessment-based information with trending and other quantifiable data.
Amy helps LMA clients define their desired survey outcomes and constructs custom research parameters for best results. She compiles reports and meets with clients to present and explain the survey data and patterns. She also helps clients put their results to effective use in the areas of operations and human resources.
Amy has worked with companies such as the Institute for Personality and Ability Testing (IPAT) and Inscape Publishing to make assessments such as the 16PFâ and DISCâ available online to clients. She collaborated in developing Career Online, a proprietary, password-protected area of LMA's website where clients have 24/7 access to job search information and resources.
Amy holds her Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State. She has also pursued advanced studies in psychology and human resources management at both Penn State and Millersville universities.
