She has diverse experience in developing client/physician relationships leading change and managing clinicians. Amy also has a wide range of experience in nursing systems and processes case management/capacity management and clinical applications of information technology.

Developed strategies for nursing labor savings for a large multi-hospital system resulting in approximately $1 M in savings across the system.
Performed comprehensive assessments and gap analyses of denial management and case management processes. Facilitated client groups through Rapid Design Sessions to restructure case management infrastructure through streamlining of policies and procedures and role redesign in community and academic medical centers. Performed one-on-one mentoring of staff to new roles designed by them.
Developed strategies to reduce length of stay in community hospital system through case management department redesign and increased physician and care team communication.
Led design of Emergency Department clinical processes in relationship to implementation of automated documentation system across 5 EDs Urgent Care and Walk-in Clinic.
Completed comprehensive assessments and gap analyses of labor in nursing patient care areas resulting in value proposition for savings in skill mix agency usage and productivity.
