Amy began her recruiting career in 1995, joining a highly successful MRINetwork affiliate near Chicago’s North Shore. The leadership team provided Amy with significant training and mentorship, and as a result her recruiting career flourished as she developed successful business with top corporations such as Baxter and Kraft. After a few years away from the industry, Amy returns to the MRINetwork family with renewed energy as she joins The McHenry Group (TMG). As a Project Coordinator for TMG, Amy identifies, screens and qualifies potential candidates for our existing clients.
