Amy Rothwell has over twenty years of broad based recruiting experience in corporate staffing and executive search. Her experience in the executive search industry includes conducting assignments in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services, manufacturing and service industries. Prior to joining the Kaplan & Associates, Inc. team, Amy had her own recruiting practice, and previously worked for one of the country's largest retained executive search firms in Philadelphia.

Amy's corporate experience includes working as a human resources executive with McNeil Pharmaceutical, Sterling Drug and Bristol-Myers Squibb. In this capacity, her work experience included succession planning, organizational development, interview workshops and developing affirmative action policies and plans.

Amy is also extremely active in the community, serving as Chair of a number of fund raising efforts for the University of Scranton, as well as a local elementary school. She is an active Committee Member for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light the Night fundraiser. Amy was also instrumental in the creation of an Elementary School Advisory Council, whose mission is to address enrollment, financial concerns and help drive change. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Scranton.
