Amy is the Director of Human Resources for Optaros and leads the company's talent development strategy and human resources practices. Amy has over fourteen years of experience in helping rapid growth technology & services companies scale.
Prior to Optaros, Amy was Director of People Strategy & Practices at Omgeo, the industry leader in post-trade settlement solutions. At Omgeo, she was responsible for managing worldwide human resources operations and leading the human resources integration effort for a major reorganization. Previous to Omgeo, Amy served as Director of Global Recruitment at Viant, where she led the recruitment team through the company's highest growth period ever, hiring 600 consultants over an 18-month period.
Amy began her career as a Human Resources Generalist at both The Phoenix Media/Communications Group and Thomson Corporation. She holds her BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. |
