Amy Bobbitt serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, with responsibilities for COMSYS’ public financial reporting filings, financial reporting for field operations, treasury management and tax planning and filings. Bobbitt brings a wealth of public and private company finance, public accounting and operations knowledge, with more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and service industries.
Bobbitt oversees all accounting functions, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting. She manages the accurate reporting of COMSYS’ financial results and ensures critical internal controls and procedures are in place to help ensure compliance with SEC, GAAP, SOX and other statutory reporting requirements.
Bobbitt joins COMSYS from Amkor Technology, Inc., a $2 billion outsource semiconductor assembly and testing company listed on the NASDAQ exchange, where she served as Vice President and Corporate Controller, with responsibilities for worldwide accounting operations, SEC reporting and SOX compliance initiatives.
Prior to that, she served as Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller at Rockford Corporation, a supplier of mobile audio systems listed on the NASDAQ exchange, where she managed all accounting, analysis, tax planning and supply chain activities. Bobbitt was the Chief Financial Officer of Pima Capital Development Company and served in a number of senior executive and managerial roles at BFGoodrich and Deloitte & Touche.
Bobbitt received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from The Ohio State University and also maintains her Certified Public Accountant license. |
