Ms. Amy Yi Zhang has been Suntech’s chief financial officer since August 2005 and a director on the board since February 2007. From 2004 to 2005, she was a director and the chief financial officer of Deloitte Consulting China, and was responsible for the management of various departments, including finance, accounting, human resources and IT, as well as back office management and general office administration. From 1999 to 2004, Ms. Zhang was the chief financial officer of Atos Origin China. From 1997 to 1999, she worked as the financial controller of Atos Origin China. Ms. Zhang received her bachelor's degree from Nanjing University in China in 1989 and her master's degree in business administration from the joint MBA program of Webster University and Shanghai University of Finance & Economics in 1998. |
