Amy Walsh Kern practices in the Employment and Labor Law practice group. She is experienced at both litigating and counseling employers in employment-related matters. She has represented clients in state and federal court and has also successfully handled numerous matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Minnesota Department of Human Rights and the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development.
