As chief information officer, Amy Turner LaDow provides executive support and decision making for company-wide technology strategies and operations. Her team manages the enterprise-wide systems and technology-based business processes that enable SunGard Higher Education to grow its business.
Prior to this position, Ms. Turner LaDow served as senior vice president, customer support at SunGard Higher Education. She also served as corporate vice president, global client services and vice president of support services for the manufacturing and distribution business, which was divested in 2002.
Ms. Turner LaDow joined SunGard Higher Education in 1996, leaving her position at Andersen Consulting where she served as director of MAC-PAC AS/400 customer support. In this role, she managed Andersen’s global customer support organization, which made her well qualified for her support services responsibilities at SunGard Higher Education. At Andersen, Ms. Turner LaDow’s achievements included preparing the global customer support organization to migrate from being a service provider of in-house software to becoming a solution center for PeopleSoft products. She was also responsible for ISO 9001 certification.
Ms. Turner LaDow has a bachelor of science degree in mathematics with concentrations in computer information systems and business from Valparaiso University. |
