Amy S. Leder is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s New York office. She is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Department and co-head of its Public Companies Group. Amy concentrates her practice in the areas on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, joint ventures and general corporate counseling.
Amy has significant experience handling numerous transactions including representation of underwriters and issuers in public offerings of equity and debt, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments and joint ventures. The clients that she works with range from start-ups to U.S. and international public companies. She regularly acts as outside securities counsel to public companies in connection with periodic reporting and other securities law matters, corporate governance matters, employee benefit and executive compensation issues and general corporate counseling.

Amy is admitted to the bar in the State of New York. While in law school, Amy was a member of the Law Review. She is a member of the American and New York bar associations.
